This is a VIRTUAL version of the signature TRAINING2XL small team strength training program, so whether you’re not located in Toronto, or you’re looking for more flexibility with your training - this could be a great option. This remote coaching program provides you with the tools you need to eXceL in your training wherever you are!

This is an 8-week training program where you will have 3 training sessions/ week to do on your own time, in your own gym space. Every participant will follow a 8-week periodized strength training program with modifications and variations specific to their needs. Each workout will consist of a thorough warm-up, power movements, strength block, conditioning & proper cool down. You will also be given additional tools and resources to help in excel in sport, at work, and in life!

Who is this program for?

For anyone looking to train intentionally in the gym, have accountability from a team of like-minded people, enjoys being challenged, and wants consistency in their training.

Do I need to have been an athlete to participate?

Nope! We will be creating our own team, but if you were once an athlete you will definitely appreciate the way the programs are structured.

What can I expect with the workouts?

These are strength-focused workouts - each training session will start with a warm-up, followed by a power component. The meat of the workout is focused on the foundational movements (squat, hinge, press, pull, lunge) and accessory exercises as well.

What equipment do I need access to?

Ideally, you would have access to DB’s, KB’s, and cables - bonus if you have access to a barbell, but it’s not necessary.

Is the program written differently for each individual?

I will write a program for everyone to follow, but make modifications and variations depending on your specific set-up and equipment accessibility.

What apps do I need access to?

Slack is where we will communicate, the program will be delivered via Google Drive, and you will need ZOOM for our team calls.

Do I need to follow the program on certain days of the week?

Not necessarily - the beauty of this program is that I want it to work with your schedule, that said, it’s definitely beneficial if you could choose consistent days each week to complete each training session!

When does the program start?

We will kick off the week of July 24th!

If I choose the ‘payment plan’ option, when will I pay the remainder?

There will be an invoice sent at the start of the second phase of programming to the email provided.
