RECIPE: Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Protein Bombs

IMG_0919.jpg

Oh baby, this recipe just keeps getting better and better!

It’s always my mission to create accessible information for my community and that includes easy-to-follow (and easy-to-eat) recipes for your everyday snack time! This is one of the classic Training2XL recipes and one that I love trying new flavour combos with. What makes these protein bombs such an ideal snack is the combo of PROTEIN + HEALTHY FATS + FIBRE - this not only fuels the body and brain, but it helps promote muscle recovery (thanks Protein!) and leaves us feeling satisfied and satiated. Not only that, but they’re super easy to make, store and enjoy - no baking necessary!

Obviously it’s important to keep portions in mind because these tiny bits pack a punch with macron- and micronutrients so a little goes a long way!

Okay, enough of me talking, let’s get to the good stuff …
