The Crafted Cueing Course is a great continuation step from CFC. This course will allow you to put everything you learned in CFC into practice with the individuals you work with
It depends! They both go hand-in-hand and directly compliment each other. The order in which you complete them is entirely up to you and your current challenges and priorities.
NOTE: If you complete CCC first, you will receive a $197 credit for CFC
Yes, absolutely! A lot of the content highlighted is covered in many certifications so it’s a great way to study and learn the material more in-depth.
You know it! The CFC is sanctioned through CanFitPro (and soon to be NSCA), however, you can submit your certificate of completion to your governing body for CEU’s as well.

Alena is a strength & conditioning coach, educator and founder of TRAINING2XL. Alena is certified through the National Strength & Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), as well as a Registered Strength & Conditioning Coach (RSCC). Alena also has her Masters in Sport Science and Recreation with a distinction in Coaching and has worked with a wide array of athletes at various collegiate schools, training facilities, and beyond.
