TEAM2xl: Small group training

Small group team strength training for the athlete in life! Meet with your teammates 2x/ week at Training Lane (487 King St. E Toronto) to follow a progressive and intentional 4-week program to build strength, stamina, and resilience. Join a team of like-minded individuals working towards a common goal!

The school of training2xl

A space for continuing education, connection and resources for Coaches, Trainers, and Movement Practitioners who are looking to expand on the basics of coaching and training principles. The School of T2XL includes the Coaching Foundations Course and the Practical Programming Course, with more to come! Excel your coaching with practical, applicable and clear continuing education and mentorship.
